Certificate Of Private Forest
(1) Any person or institution desirous to register a Private Forest may apply to the District Forest Office for the registration of such Private Forest.
(2) The District Forest Officer shall issue a certificate As Prescribed after maintaining necessary records of the application received pursuant to Sub-section
(3) The District Forest Office may provide necessary technical assistance to the owner of the Private Forest who have obtained a certificate pursuant to Sub- section (2).
